金秋刹爽，北卡科协将和科大北卡校友联合举办野餐会。聚会时间为 十月九日，星期天上午11：00开始，地点在Morrisville 的Lake Crabtree Park。欢迎所有旅美科协会员，以及曾在中国科大或中科院学习或工作过的校友和老师们,以及家人和朋友们,都来参加这个聚会。聚会形式：Potluck+Catering 请每个家庭自带一道菜 （学生不需要带），与大家分享。聚会组织者们将订购中餐，饮料，零食及餐饮用具。费用：成人每人10美元， 学生和小孩每人5美元。
因为要提前预订catering，需要确切人数，请务必尽早报名， 报名截止10月3日。
CASTNC & USTC Alumni will have a joint picnic on October 9th, Sunday at the Lake Crabtree Park. Whether you are working or studying, this is a perfect networking opportunity to get connected with your CASTNC members and USTC Alumni friends in the area. The picnic is open to all CASTNC members and everyone who had studied or worked at the USTC or the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and their families and friends. Each family please bring one dish to share. The organizers will order catering foods, drinks and snacks. To cover the costs of the facility rental, foods and drinks, we ask each adult to contribute $10， students and children are $5 each.
